Hypnotherapy & NLP

The first stage is to get a clear idea of what you want to achieve. We will explore your current behaviour or issue - does it still serve some purpose? Does it seem to happen against your conscious will? If so it may be an old unconscious pattern in need of updating. Do you want to improve your performance at work, in business, sport or in a creative endeavour?

Secondly, we will agree a course of action designed to help you achieve your goals. This solution-focused therapy feels good and will give you the tools to shape your future. Hypnosis and NLP are powerful methods for positive change and using both - together with skilful coaching techniques - produces excellent results.

This approach really works. You will notice changes happening straight away, although usually a course of approximately four to six 1 hour sessions are needed, depending on the purpose of your visit. Smoking treatments are usually three sessions.
