I have now been floating at least once a month for over 2 years. I find each session is different although I do use some of the same imagery to attempt to really let go. Although it is still a totally refreshing experience, I sometimes get a bit bored when I can't seem to switch off enough, particularly when really exhausted. I have used some of the techniques in the brilliant Book of Floating but I was wondering if there were any more resources anywhere?
